各学院：
根据皇冠体育网址工作要求，皇冠体育官网今年上半年毕业的硕士、博士研究生须按要求通过图书馆《皇冠新2硕博论文管理系统》完成学位论文提交工作。
一、学位论文提交要求
1、电子版学位论文与纸质版学位论文内容要求完全一致；
2、电子版文件要求为PDF格式，并按“姓名+学号+专业”命名；
3、学位论文中“独立完成与诚信声明”、 “学位论文版权使用授权书”页必须有本人及导师手写签名，请确保所插入的该页为A4大小且字迹清晰；
4、有保密要求的学位论文不需向图书馆提交；
5、提交时间：2026年5月28日—2026年6月15日
二、学位论文提交步骤
1、以学院为单位向图书馆提交电子版《2026届硕士、博士研究生学位论文提交信息表》（见附件2）。
2、毕业生登录图书馆主页，点击“论文提交”，在“学生入口”进入，进行电子版学位论文提交后等待审核，审核周期为1-2个工作日。
三、关于纸质版学位论文提交的几点说明
1、硕士、博士研究生均需向图书馆提交纸质版学位论文1份(涉密论文不需提交)。
2、博士研究生需向研究生院提交纸质版学位论文2份，由图书馆代收。
3、以学院为单位向图书馆提交，图书馆和研究生院的纸质论文分开整理，并附带加盖公章的纸质版《2026届硕士、博士研究生学位论文提交信息表》。
4、在图书馆《皇冠新2硕博论文管理系统》提交的学位论文经审核通过后，再交纸质版论文。
